As our head technician and co-founder, Tom brings over 30 years of playing guitar, and has spent the last 15 years learning guitar repair, maintenance, and modification. Tom’s expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction is what he strives for with every instrument that walks thru the door.
